Our journey began with a realisation: AI's potential is boundless, yet its impact on human behaviour, especially in retail, is profound. The digital surge has challenged brick-and-mortar stores, which now face a relentless cycle of declining customer experience due to the scarcity of skilled service personnel. Humaitrix was born out of a desire to break this cycle and to reaffirm the human element in service - to equip every service agent with the power to excel, regardless of experience. We are not just building AI but crafting the future of human-AI collaboration.
